ART

For all shipping locations Andrea S. Keogh Art & Design will have to get a quote and shipping will be added after checkout as the dimensions and weight of each piece are different. Some pieces can be shipped using standard shipping providers and others require specialized shipping and handling. The size, framing, and destination are all variables. Andrea S. Keogh Art & Design has a Fine Arts transit insurance policy that covers all pieces. To receive a quote please call (401) 340-9977.

 

Jewelry

Prices for jewelry are inclusive of shipping and insurance within the USA. Buyers outside the continental USA will have to pay shipping and insurance. International buyers will be provided with a quote and this separate charge will be added upon approval.

 

Sales Tax Information

 

Art

There is no sales tax on original artwork acquired in Rhode Island because of the gallery’s Rhode Island Artistic Exemption certificate. 

 

Jewelry

There is 7% sales tax on all jewelry purchased by persons living in Rhode Island or if jewelry is purchased and picked up by the purchaser at our Newport gallery. Jewelry shipped out of state is exempt from RI sales tax.

 

 

Return Policy

Andrea S. Keogh Art & Design hopes you are delighted with your art acquisition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of your artwork to contact us and initiate the return process. ALL RETURNS MUST be initiated through our gallery to receive any refund. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and packaged and shipped by an insured fine art shipper. All fees associated with any returns shall be borne by the returner, excepting fine art transit insurance which is carried by us. Upon successful receipt of the returned artwork, we will issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus a three percent (3%) processing fee. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact our office.

ALL JEWELRY RETURNS must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from date of receipt and MUST be in original condition. All returns must be shipped WITH United Postal Service (UPS), signature required, with tracking information and insured for the full value of item(s) returned.
